TLTechSC is a U.S. defense technology company focused on affordable, scalable air-defense systems and high-rate manufacturing. We are developing approaches to reduce the cost and cycle time of modern defensive effectors.

Unit cost is set by early design decisions, so that is where we apply the most rigor. Every requirement has to earn what it adds to the delivered system.
Built for volume
Defensive capability counts when it is available in depth. We design for production rate from the start and favor simple architectures that scale.
Speed as a discipline
Cycle time compounds across a program. We are working to shorten the path from design decision to hardware.
Manufacturing first.
Modern air defense is an economic problem as well as a technical one. The cost of defeating a threat should bear a rational relationship to the cost of the threat itself, and today it often does not. TLTechSC starts from that constraint. We question requirements, keep designs simple, and treat the production system as part of the product. Affordability at scale is an engineering outcome, and it has to be designed in from the beginning.

FOUNDERTim LoGrasso is a senior technology executive who has spent his career building and scaling software and technology organizations. His current work includes technology diligence and diagnostics for operators and investors in complex systems. He founded TLTechSC to bring that engineering and operating discipline to the cost problem in air defense.
